The Wild Horses of Sable Island Gallery Opening and Book Signing with Roberto Dutesco

Join us on October 2, 2012 at 64 Grand Street in Manhattan to celebrate Roberto Dutesco’s gallery opening and book signing for The Wild Horses of Sable Island. The artist worked with the scanning, lightjet, mounting and framing departments at Laumont to present the work on display in the SoHo gallery.

Located in the Atlantic Ocean just southeast of Nova Scotia, Sable Island is a crescent shaped sandbar renowned for its population of wild horses. Dutesco made the first of many journeys in 1994 culminating in a vast series of photographs and a 16mm black and white short film.

The Wild Horses of Sable Island Gallery on 64 Grand Street in Manhattan will display the work of Roberto Dutesco in an ongoing exhibition. The artist will be present on October 2nd from 6-9pm to sign his limited edition book, The Wild Horses of Sable Island.
